Notification in case of breach: the Service Provider will immediately notify XXX in case of breach of security or breach of Service Provider obligation and will provide full information about the breach and the way to remedy to the breach.违约通知事项：服务提供商一旦违反了其义务或安全措施，应立即通知XXX并且提供关于违约情况的详情以及弥补方法。
Sub-contracting : no sub-contracting authorized except with prior written approval of XXX. XXX should have access to the sub-contractor in the same way as for Service Provider分包：除非经过XXX预先核准，否则不允许进行分包。XXX应对分包商采取与服务提供商同样的进入标准。
