一、 大梁货架方案说明
图示为货架方案构想图草案,初步设计尺寸为21600*8200*2400,悬臂长1400mm。此货架悬臂较长,货物堆码高,存放物较重(50.4T),确保存取安全和作业方便为货架设计之首要条件,我们咨询了国内数家专业知名的物流设备供应商,目前还未找到较完善的方案,草图方案仅适合存放直通梁,但折弯梁的存取便利及安全性还需另行研讨,设计。
甲方需对存放架地坪作特别处理,货架配备专用堆垛行车由甲方负责(行程高度确保,带叉臂,不需另作吊具),为确保存取安全每层堆垛建议作安全带捆扎处理(冲压完成后)。存放区作特别安全警戒线,严禁非作业者进入。
1.side member storage shelf

This cantilever beam longer,pile higher,deposit heavier(50.4T),the design of storage shelve must be sure that it is safe for access security and convenient operation.we asked some logistics equipment suppliers,but haven’t a better programme.Draft options only for direct type beam, we need to studying and designing about
the stacking crane to shore and get out the materials of bended side member.
first party need to do some special treatment for storage shleve floor, By first party responsible for stowing travelling crane(ensure highly trip,fork arm,no hanger). Storage areas for special security cordon,no enter without permission.
二、 转运平板车方案
规划数量计24台,12套,平板车初步尺寸为2800*400*400,车轮选用特殊类别,中间为铸铁外包优力胶,每个车轮设计承重2T。按生产纲领计算生产使用中8套,搬运作业中1套,预存放3套,共计12套。每台车配备牵引挂钩。甲方配备牵引车头及与平板车相连的牵引连拉杆。
2.Transferring trailing bar trolley
Planning number 24,12sets, dimensions: 2800*400*400,the wheel used Special categories, Bearing 2T per wheel.on production Programme that used 8sets in process,1 set in handling operations,3 sets deposit,amount 12 sets. Each vehicle equipped with traction link.
三、 大梁从零工位上一工位方案
大梁由牵引车头拖至零工位后,车头返回,平板车停在零工位,由于质量重需由动力牵引至一号工位,规划方案为采用电动马达带绞盘机构,配置钢绳(前端有挂钩)挂在平板车上开动马达拖至一工位,行程距离约为15m,运行时蜂鸣警示器启动。地表设限位块,马达、绞盘需地沟预埋工程。

四、 第一工位平面图说明
纵梁上夹具左右共配置两套吊挂系统,纵轨、横轨采用国内浙南品牌,起吊葫芦采用DEMAG,悬挂风动工具、电钻用KBK轨道,浙南平衡器。由一工位至二工位配置2T葫芦(国内品牌),配置专用搬送吊具(乙方制作)。夹具为可调节式,对应不同车种夹持定位作业,夹具可翻转90°
4.Ichnography workstation 1
Hanging system have collocated by L/R jig on side member, Lifting hoist used DEMAG, Hoisted pneumatic tools. Configuration 2T hyacinth (domestic brands)by workstation 1 to workstation 2, Dedicated to feed the spreader configuration (B production),jig adjustable, overturned.
五、 车架第二工位平面示意图说明
车架总拚夹具满足不同宽度和不同腹高的车架装配,不同轴距支承可调,在后轴车种切换采用滑动手动定位,中间梁装配配置中间梁台车共9台。工具吊挂轨道采用KBK,大梁总成搬送配一套2T葫芦(国产),和乙方自制专用吊具,轨道采用浙南牌。在平衡轴、中间梁存放区配置工字钢构(国产或浙南),葫芦选用DEMAG。
